Your Privacy Matters
We're a small team running a fundraising event for a cause we love. We collect only what we need, protect it carefully, and will never sell or share your data with third parties.
The Short Version
Your information is encrypted and stored securely. Payments go through Stripeβwe never see or store your card details.
We only collect what's essential: your name for the guest list, email for updates, and dietary needs for catering.
Only 6 authorised organisers can view your informationβno one else.
Want your data deleted? Just ask. We'll remove your information within 48 hours, no questions asked.
What We Collect
When you RSVP to an event, we ask for:
- β’Your name β So we can welcome you at the event and manage the guest list
- β’Email address β To send your confirmation, tickets, and important event updates (optional for non-hosts)
- β’Mobile number β Only if you want last-minute updates (completely optional)
- β’Dietary requirements β So we can ensure the caterer has the right food for you
That's it. We don't track your browsing, build advertising profiles, or collect anything we don't genuinely need.
About Payments
Your card details never touch our servers.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a world-leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses including Amazon, Google, and Shopify. When you enter your card details, you're communicating directly with Stripe's secure systems.
We only receive confirmation that your payment was successfulβnever your actual card number, CVV, or full billing details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- βSend your event confirmation and tickets
- βKeep you updated about event details (time, location, what to bring)
- βCoordinate with the venue on guest numbers and dietary needs
- βHelp table/team hosts manage their groups
We will never:
- βSell your information to anyone
- βShare your details with third-party marketers
- βSend you promotional emails unrelated to your event
- βKeep your data longer than necessary
How We Keep Your Data Safe
We take security seriously. Here's what we do to protect your information:
- β’Encrypted connections β All data transmitted to and from our site uses HTTPS encryption

- β’Limited access β Only 6 authorised organisers can view your information, and only for events they manage

Not Comfortable Sharing Your Info?
We get it. Not everyone wants to share personal information online, and that's completely okay. Here are your options:
- 1.Have a friend register for you β They can add you to their table without your email
- 2.Skip the optional fields β Only your name is required. Email and phone are optional for guests
- 3.Contact us directly β Send us a message and we can arrange a phone or in-person registration
- 4.Pay at the event β Some events allow cash payment. Check with the organizer
